- Minor color variations (natural stones vary)
- Delays caused by customs
- Opened crystal cleansing kits/sprays

You may request returns ONLY if:
- Item arrives broken (must provide unboxing video)
- Received wrong item (provide side-by-side photo proof)
- Package never arrived (wait 45 days for investigation)
